At Harmonise Life, we want you to love your Moving Mandala. If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, we offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee with free returns.

30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

If your mandala isn’t quite what you expected, simply contact us within 30 days of receiving your order. We’ll arrange a free return shipping label so you can send it back in its original box. Once received in good condition, you’ll receive a full refund or replacement—your choice.

Warranty Coverage

  • 12-Month Parts Warranty: Covers mechanical and electrical components excluding the motor.

  • 6-Month Motor Warranty: Covers the internal motor assembly. Replacement motors are available and easily replaceable.

This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accident, modification, or improper care. To make a warranty claim, please email us at harmoniselife@gmail.com with your order number, a brief description of the issue, and supporting photos or videos.

Return Conditions

  • Products must be returned in their original packaging to ensure safe transit.

  • Returns must include all original accessories and components.

  • Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of receiving your returned item.
